Meeting the host Derek was a pleasure, and everything was excellent, and they have smoke detectors for safety.

I stayed at Derek's Studio Pad for a few nights while visiting my new grandchild. The host was incredibly friendly, even offering me tea and cake upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated with a nostalgic touch and had plenty of privacy. Derek went out of his way to ensure we had Wi-Fi and brought us bread for breakfast. There's also a great pub nearby with delicious and affordable meals.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a lovely room, full of nostalgic decor and a wide selection of books. The location was perfect - close to amenities yet quiet, and our dog was thrilled with the dog-friendly garden. Derek, the host, was friendly and attentive, offering us tea and cake on arrival and providing clear instructions to make our stay comfortable and private.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety or perhaps some hot options like eggs or bacon.
